An "Emotional Will" is a document in which an individual expresses matters that are significant to him or her, in which the individual stores a message to a specified person or persons, regarding his or her legacy, beliefs, and achievements.
The "Emotional Will" thereby allows the individual to leave parting words, requests, and acknowledgements, instructions, or any other non-legal information.
The "Emotional Will" does not revoke or contradict the financial will. It demonstrates concern for his or her surviving friends and relatives, fulfilling his or her desire to help them cope with the loss. An "Emotional Will" also helps individuals realize the need for leaving a significant mark for future generations.
